hello, My name is Moiz (IT Person) of Abu Dhabi Plaza Hotel Appt. in Abu Dhabi, i am holding 100Mbps ADSL Business one connection since last couple of weeks but not getting even half of the total speed.I am keep calling in Etisalat customer care everyday and every time representative says that today or tomorrow technician will come but no one came till now.May i know the bloody reason of this negligence ? no one is even responding properly in customer care. i am really very disappointed with this poor behavior and poor response From Etisalat. Complaint No is :- 4348105 I expect after reading this complaint i can have any positive reply.
