Ordered tux for youngest son to participate in older son’s June 4, 2006 wedding. Went to Springfield Mall(VA) location to have him fitted & placed $20 deposit. This was done several months before wedding. My now daughter-in-law called a couple of days before wedding to say that store in hampton, VA had not received tux and did not see order for it. Tux was to be shipped from Springfield to Hampton. Went to store in Springfield and there was no record of tux being ordered. Store employee was very nonchalant and did not seem to care but did place order. nTux arrived 2 days before wedding. This caused additional stress and inconvenience to me because I had to go back to store. Contacted customer service & received all kinds of apologies & empty promises that the $20 deposit would be refunded becuase of the inconvenience to me. Was told that poor customer service on the part of their sales staff is not tolerated by company. nWell, it’s been almost a month and I have not received the refund after several e-mail communications with their customer service rep. Last e-mail to her, I stated that she had not kept her word to resolve. Well, I guess she was offended and has not replied. I have researched and find that the company has tons of complaints about the company and they seem to ignore them. nI also see that After Hours does not willingly post their address or their customer service contact information. I think this is because they do not want to be contacted regarding the many complaints customers have regarding their company.
