I arranged for tickets through Brent a few years ago and everything worked out fine. This time though, I paid for the tickets last year for a trip this year and when I tried to check in online, they didn’t work. I contacted him and he said that the FF (frequent flier) had his account cancelled, so no tickets. I ended up having to buy new tickets at the last minute, and he was still talking to me. When I returned and tried to contact him regarding a refund, he wouldn’t respond, and still hasn’t. I Googled him and found out all the negative things about him, which is too bad, since he had gotten me a good deal before and was easy to deal with, but oh well.
