Alpha warranty

Alpha warranty Won’t cover repairs that include “damaged boots” Riverton Utah!!. Nothing but trouble so far. Took my car in for some drive train issues. Alpha refused to cover both bad CV joints, and the driveshaft slip-joint. These items are all covered under the agreement, however they say they apparently don’t cover anything that has a damaged boot/seal/or gasket. For those who are less mechanically inclined, these parts don’t go bad without taking the boots with them. This is a clear case of fine print cop-out. I also needed a motor mount done, which they actually approved at ~$43, which is less than the cost of the part at wholesale. All in all, I got stuck with the shop diagnostic fee, which was cheaper than paying my part of my “covered” repairs. My experience was very poor and the shop said they’ve seen this more often than not.
