I tried to purchase tickets online for two flights to Chicago today. At the end of filling in all the information, I received an error message that said something like, “Sorry

unable to process at this time. Try again later.”” So

I did try again 5 to 10 minutes later and got the same error message. I decided to wait a few hours before trying again but later when I checked my email I had received four tickets with two different confirmation numbers for the same people. Apparently

the transaction had gone through twice anyway. Thank God I didn’t try a third time. When I called customer service they said they’d be able to reimburse me in 1 to 2 months! So

I’m holding payment on my credit card
