Unless you would like someone to actually show up for a scheduled appt window, do not use this repair service company… Dear Appliance Pros, I made an appt for last Thursday evening between the times of 5-8pm to have my freezer repaired. No one showed. The call center personnel (who were very courteous and apologetic) rescheduled for Friday morning between 8am-12pm. I stayed home from work on Friday morning to meet them – no one showed. The call center personnel apologized and said the repair man was running late and that he would be here by 2pm. Guess what? No one showed. I called about 20 times between the hours of 2pm and 4pm to reach a busy signal. The repair man called after 4pm to say that he could finally come to my house. Since I had to leave for a previous engagement and could not be there, he rescheduled for between 5-8pm today. This morning the repair man called and asked if I would be home between 4-6pm. We agreed that 5-8pm was the agreed upon window. What time is it now? No one has called. No one is here. I’m not going to bother to try to call – you have wasted enough of my time.
