ATVDiscounter.com delivered damaged merchandise to me. Upon calling and informing them of this, I was told I had to accept it and file a claim. I did what they asked and they responded stating in part that I would not be able to file a claim because I did not purchase freight protection insurance. Therefore, they stuck me with damaged goods. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. After going through their procedure of proving my case, the credit card company credited back the money on my account. NOW, ATVDiscounter.com is making phone call threats to me stating that they are going to press charges against me in Texas and get a judgement against me in Florida. They have been notified verbally and in writing that their damaged merchandise is sitting in my garage waiting for them to pick it up. They refused to do this as well. ATVDiscounter.com has dealt with me in bad faith ever since I received their damaged goods. Sue Pensacola, FloridaU.S.A.
