Complaint: On december 23rd.2003 I ordered a dvd and double screen monitors.I started callimg and e-mailing autoronics after two weeks because I did not receive my merchandise nor did I receive any notice from them concerning any problems they may have. After constantly calling I finally talked to Nate and he said the merchandise had been shipped I ask for a tracking number and Nate said he would research and call me back later that day he did not. I e-mailed each day and at first they were e-mailing me back saying I would receive the merchandise in two days,two days went by and no merchandise and no one would return my calls or e-mails. This went on for weeks finally I received my merchandise on 1-14-2004.Also when I talked to Nate in december I told him they had over charged my account that they had charged me twice for the same merchandise he said he was going to issue a credit for the 327.00 I still haven not received my credit. They changed there phone number and web name which I had to reserch to find out. This is a RIP OFF company and they need to correct ther business practices or go out of business. DO NOT BUY from these people.As of 2-11-2004 I have not received my refund of $327.00. And I hope the merchandise works when installed. Kent MATTESON, IllinoisU.S.A.
