On 6/10/16, I ordered three items from Babyletto.com, which sells nursery and infant furniture to consumers. The most expensive item, a Drawer Changer Dresser for which I was charged $329, did not arrive with the other items. Instead, the FedEx number attached to this item on the shipping confirmation they sent me was actually attached to a package containing an infant crib mattress that I did not order and do not need. Contacting someone at the company by phone is impossible, though I’d left messages, and email responses are nonsensical and slow. They are impossible to get in touch with and frustrating to engage with once you do. TLDR; The company failed to deliver an item for which I was charged, made it impossible to even tell them about their error, and then didn’t correctly it in a timely fashion. Don’t order from them.
