Barbee’s Freeway Ford- Service Department Not Just Lack of Customer Service but RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Denver Colorado!!. Completely, incredulously poor customer experience at Freeway Ford in Denver recently. Took a brand new Shelby Mustang GT500 that I purchased at this dealer ($70K) in for a clutch replacement under warranty- only 1800 miles on the car. Not only was I denied repair but the entire service department was rude to me and ignored me when I told them that I had spoken to Ford Motor Company customer relations and filed a formal complaint against them. I had to have the car towed to another dealer who promptly replaced the clutch professionally and without cost as Freeway Ford should have. These people are crooks and should be reported all over the internet- I bought the most expensive Ford vehichle they sell and got the worst customer treatment I have ever experience in my entire car ownership career. I am 66 years old and have owned BMW’s, Porsches, Ferrari’s, and Mercedes’s- I’ll never buy American again.
