BUYER BEWARE! The absolute worst experience and place to buy furniture. Bought our furniture over 4 months ago and dint recirve until september 24th. They deliverers dropped off the furniture and promptly left without examining furniture. In 30 min I found a tear in one cushion and another cushion deflated as though it had been sat on for 2 years. Attempted to contact there customer service several times! When I did get ahold of them they had me send pictures with promise of replacing and then nothing. No follow up. So I would call again only to go to voicemail several more times (with no return call), before reaching someone, again. AND again I would send pictures to both a phone and an email, with no follow up. In addition, in less then a month the seam of the loveseat we bought started to unravel. We hardly ever sit on it, and definitely not enough or roughly enough to get the seam to undo in under a month. ALL OF THIS HAPPENED FROM 9/24 TO 10/24. Since that time I have left several voicemails with threat to call the BBB and not one individual has called or emailed.
