Bennett is a rip off. I’ve had contracts with 2 seperate managers. Both screened their calls, could not get them on the phone, did not manage the homes, were not proactive, kept my deposits, requests would go unanswered, and the broker never got involved to settle issues or offer to replace managers. I spent more time managing Bennett than if I managed the properties themselves.
