I ordered 2 separate DVDs from Best Buy Anime. I received one. I phoned (twice) and emailed (twice), merely asking that the company please either send the missing item or refund back the money. They simply don’t respond. They don’t even send an “autoreply”” email. Nothing. I’m in the process of filing with my Visa company

but it’s frustrating. I would far prefer to work with a merchant rather than go through paperwork. Lisa”
