A payment of $1973.00 by me on 2/17/19 and an insurance payment by Cigna created a credit balance of $1106.69. On July 31 2019 Carecentrix promised to mail me a check for that amount. Now (10/30/19) Carecentrix is refusing to send the credit balance to me because there is an insurance payment pending. My issue is that in most months there is a pending insurance payment because I order diabetes supplies on a regular basis. I’ve been on the phone today with three different agents at Carecentrix for over an hour looking for resolution.
