I ordered a raincoat for my husband on 4/1 and received email confirmation of the order. It was to be delivered withing 5-7 business days. nTen business days later, I became concerned and attempted to contact the company. No one answers the 800 listed and the voice mail message does not even include the name of the company. I send an email of concern to the address listed under “contact us”” and now

three business days later

I have received no response. nToday

I called and left another voice message that I was extremely concerned about the lack of contact — as well as the fact that the order has not been delivered. I mentioned that I was ready to report the company and call the bank. Having received no response

I am taking a step I have never taken — and that is to file a complaint wherever I can! nPrisnMalden
