1. -Sun 27 Nov: Paid extra $20 for 3-5 day shipping US to UK for a Birthday Gift

-0630 Tue 28 Nov: Online tracking showed as dispatched, no update since

-Sat 3 Oct and still no sign, advised by online virtual agent that I owed £3 import duty – no problem but I canít pay it if you donít tell me. Paid there and then.

-Mon 5 Oct: No update to online tracking, online customer service said ďshipment does not show as in Transit,Ē advised I contact shipper. When I replied to the message saying it was unhelpful, I was told I had not responded for a while and was cut off.

Tried to call the helpline, but calls cost a minimum 7p per minute. Not interesting in paying any more than I already have
