About 2 months ago I took my 2003 corolla to Dunning Toyota in Ann Arbor, MI for the airbag safety recall and an alignment. After completion of the service, they had failed to address the airbag indicator light that was on, and it’s still on to date. Furthermore, I had noticed that they were washing all cars but my car was not washed. This has happened before with the 2010 Sienna (around July 2019) for the 60K service, also the van was not washed. I’m really frustrated with this treatment and poor quality of service; I would expect this from GM or Ford but not Toyota. We are in the market for a new vehicle but I will not go to Dunning ever again. Thank you, Hassan H. [protected]@yahoo.com
