I placed an order through Sears.com for several items and one of the items was a touch lamp sold by a 3rd party on thier website. I have recieved all of the products except the touch lamp which I was suppose to recieve on 3/25. The order was placed on 3/19. It is now 3/31 and still no lamp, no emails from them, no phone call, no nothing just still pending??? I have reached out and contacted Sears and they said to contact the third party directly myself and so thats what I did. The phone number that Sears gave me was out of service and the email don’t work so I went to thier website and got another number and proceeded to call it and all I get is an answering machine? OK well still no answers…am I getting this lamp or not is the question I guess. This company is selling lamps on alot of different websites so buyers beware when ordering. eTouch lamps is the name of the third party company.
