I ordered the FamilyTime app two years ago to regulate my son’s phone. The app worked OK, but always messed up the other apps on his phone. After the year subscription was up I didn’t renew. However, just recently I was charged a yearly rate of $74. They automatically renewed my subscription. I’ve been trying to get a refund since January 1, but still no refund (2 months later). I keep getting messages that my refund is being processed and I will be refunded the money in a few days. Do Not order from this unscrupulous company!
