On February 21, 2017 I contacted finnair customer service for assistance in correcting the name error on my ticket which I purchased in November 2016. After being defensive, rude and refusing to help me .. My phone call was disconnected by a man who identified himself as Evo. I purchased my ticket in November 2016, Alex, Slavi, Paul were the people who were supposed to help me-Rather I was threatened and had $200 stolen from my credit card by these criminals. Now I’m experiencing great anxiety about my e-ticket not having the proper name on it, and with nowhere to turn for assistance.
