I ordered 3 roses (79.47) in early April, was invoiced right away asking for a check, stated that shipment would go out the following Monday. I sent the check and two followup emails and have received nothing or received any answer. After coming to this site I see I’m dealing with a thief . Never pay by check online. Only a credit card. Is anyone aware of a way to recover such a loss? I understand this man is in bankruptcy so clearly he’s committing an even more serious crime.
