Horrible customer service


I cancelled my membership. They sent me boxes anyway to an address I no longer lived at. I called and cancelled again. Wrote email to cancel. Then they charged me $20 for a styling fee. I called them again. Cancelled. Was told I would receive my money back in 3-5 days. Been 10 days and no refund. The website says New York, however, the woman I spoke with says they are in the Philippines.  Unbelievable.
