I PLACED AN INTERNET ORDER FORM INKSOUTLET ON JUNE 18, 2007. AT THE TIME I PLACED THE ORDER, WHEN I HIT THE SUBMIT ORDER BUTTON, THE SCREEN WENT BLACK AND WHEN THE SITE CAME BACK, I WAS ON A DIFFERENT PAGE AND WAS NOT SURE THAT MY ORDER WAS PLACED. SO LIKE AN IDIOT I PLACED THE ORDER AGAIN AND LATER WHEN I CHECKED MY EMAIL I HAD TWO ORDER CONFIRMATIONS. I EMAILED THAT EVENING ABOUT MY MISTAKE AND TRIED TO CALL THE FOLLWING DAY WITH NO SUCCESS IN REACHING ANYONE. A DAY OR TWO LATER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SOMEONE THERE AND WAS ASKED IF I HAD MEANT TO ORDER TWO OF THE SAME THING ON THE SAME DAY A MINUTE APART? I WAS THRILLED THAT THEY NOTICED AND CONTACTED ME. AT THIS POINT I HAD A WARM FUZZY FEELING ABOUT THE INKSOUTLET PEOPLE. I RECEIVED THE ONE ORDER AND WHEN I RECEIVED MY CREDIT CARD BILL A COUPLE WEEKS LATER DISCOVERED I WAS CHARGED FOR BOTH ORDERS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THEM SINCE. EVERY NUMBER I FIND IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER. I HAVE FAXED THEM AND IT DID GO THROUGH BUT I HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE TO THE FAX OR TO THE EMAIL I SENT TO THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT.
