I recently ordered a sofa and coffee table from the Seekonk, MA store. The items arrived via the most miserable and rude delivery person. The wrong table was delivered. The man argued with my elderly Mom and insisted she take delivery. nHe also complained about the fact that he got lost and that he had to put together the table. He continued to insist that the table was correct. He did take the table away but left ALL the card board from my couch right up against my door. What did I pay 140.00 for ?? nThen I made repeated calls to the store. I got no answer when I asked about the table. I also complained to the delivery company. They stuck up for the rude employee. I finally had to go to the store and requested that the table be cancelled. Still I got no answer as to whether my account would be credited. All the while , the store never told me they would grant my request. Two days later I was told I would receive a credit. I still have NO paperwork to prove this. nThe employees, while never rude, were not receptive or supportive. The customer service stinks . I will Never shop here again. The worst part is that I had to pay ahead for delivery so I couldnt even stop the check. nAnn marienCranston, Rhode IslandU.S.A.
