I placed an order back in November of 2005 through lightquote .com. I waited the amount of time they said it would take for my order to be received. They charged my credit card before they shipped the order. nWhen I did not receive my order I contacted them by email, they informed me my order was on backorder and I would receive the order within two weeks. nAfter two weeks and no order I contacted them again by email and requested a full refund. I was Informed I would see a credit within seven days. No credit was received.nI have sent several emails since. They are not responding at all. nI have no phone number to contact them and no physical address to contact them. nSuenSouthfield, OhioU.S.A.
