A scarf from Luxury Divas was a Christmas present from my son, on the other side of the country. I have many scarves, went on the Luxury Divas webstie and found a sequined top I could use. After a few phone calls for instructions, I wrapped the scarf in its package, sent it with Luxury Divas return form for an exchange of the top and with my request to not contact my son. After many weeks I emailed them about the exchange and received a response that the top had cost more than the scarf and so they had refunded the cost of the scarf to my son’s credit card, the exact refusal of my request. No contact was made to me about the extra cost. So Luxury Divas not only showed bad faith, the lost a sale!
