Trapped into subscribing
My Complaint: I subscribed with the specific purpose of downloading a particular book and happy to pay for it. Only to find that I had been scammed into a subscription I do not want. When I used the tools on the site to email them the mail address came up as “incorrect email address” Just not on. Within 10 minutes of subscribing, I have cancelled and am reporting them to the card division of my Bank.
My Demand: Do not debit my card
