In November 2011 I paid Mr Marcos palacios $4000 to replaced the roof. which he never did. I had to pay about $3000 in roof damages and apartment leaks. Mr Marcos admitted he used my money in another project, and he said he does not have my money. I have been calling him every week . He refuses to answer the phone.. I demand I want my 4000 back and 2800 more in property damages expenses i paid. Stay away
