I placed an order with Pure Indian Remy Hair and its affiliate Luxury Locs through an online transaction in May of 2009. After several attempts to contact them, they sent me a bogus tracking number that never showed it left their facility, when I questioned them they stated it takes a while to leave the facility. I received a call from Rene, an owner and she stated that there had been a mix-up and that my order would be included with another order that I stupidly placed after receiving the tracking number for the 1st order. I did not receive any information until a claim was filed with Google Checkout and she sent a tracking number and left me a voicemail on my phone (I still have it) stating that all of my items would be included in the one order. When the order was delivered, there was only one item from the 2nd order and none for the first order. Google Checkout contacted them and they said it will be sent within 1 or 2 days. I still have not received my package or my money back and Google checkout states that they are a fraud and are no longer allowed to use Google checkout for any purchases. I have also filed a claim with paypal and their time is up today 07-09-09. When you call they put you on hold and them hang up on you or never answer the call or e-mails. I am also filing a claim with the better business bureau and a local news channel that has a department dedicated to consumer fraud. I will also contact the FTC in regards to these businesses.
