Complaint: I ordered a belt for my honda shadow from in october and 156$ was immediately removed from my account. I recieved an email saying my order was recieved and I would have a tracking number sent when it shipped, and that I should have my part in 3-5 days. 5 days later I didnt have a tracking number so I emailed the companys customer service and asked what was going on. I was assured there were no delays and I would have my belt on time. (already a lie because it hadnt shipped yet.) They were “cutting it to width”” for me right now. The guy said I would have a tracking number the next day. I waited a week. No belt

Phone: they still had my money. So I called and when they realized I didnt want to buy anything else ( by buy I mean send them money for nothing) they hung up. So I emailed. I had done a little research on the company at this point and this is a common bbb complaint against scootworks
