3 instances in one week, I have been charged cancellation fees for trips where the driver failed to show up after accepting the trip. 2/7/17 – Driver Charles just refused to show and blocked my number. 15 minutes later I had to cancel the trip and was billed Ksh 200 2/7/17 – Driver Nefat – Accepted the trip then his car could not start. But refused to cancel the trip and I was billed 200 shillings for cancelling. 13/7/17 – Driver Robinson – Accepted the trip then picked up another rider on Taxify app as I was watching–as in left me standing there next to his car and refused to cancel my trip AND Uber charged me ksh 200 for cancelling Uber does not have an emergency contact number for us to report. only option is to post a complaint on the global website after Uber and their driver have pocketed Ksh 200. Absolute fraud on both parties
