Whirpool, which makes or rather assembles a bunch of home appliances from parts made in China, has started the culture of not honoring warranties. I purchased a Dryer from Lowe’s that came with a broken clip that locks the lid down. They will not honor the cost of 2.70 because I opened the dryer top to inspect and make conversion from natural gas to propane. warranty has been voided. I demand If they state that they do they should. I don’t recommend them
