Out of the blue, I’m told to sign up for Verizon because wireless65 is merging with another company. I’ll have less than 12 hours to comply or lose service. I find it hard to believe that they could not inform customers with only this little time. They stated that they’d be happy to have me back when the merger is completed. Fat chance. Their customer service is nonexistent, individuals working at the company may have scruples and politely work with customers, but owner Craig Owens has NO BUSINESS SENSE. I’d recommend to steer clear of this company.
